Initial Evaluation

Evaluations include review of intake paperwork provided by caretaker, observations, formal assessments, caregiver input, written report, and a review meeting. Evaluations can take from 1-2 hours depending on the needs of your child. Therapist will then prepare a written report with evaluation results. A brief meeting will be held to determine your child’s goals for therapy.

Initial Evaluation $300

Currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance and private pay.

Areas assessed may include articulation skills (speech sounds), expressive language
skills (ability to communicate), receptive language skills (understanding of language),
and feeding development related to transitioning to table foods.
