Free 10-15 minute phone or tele-health consultation to discus concerns and determine if this is a good fit for your child . We are currently accepting children ages birth-5 years old. If you wish to have your child evaluated a medical authorization from your child's pediatrician is required prior to an evaluation and treatment.
